 Gorilla Wear Canada – Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Period:

  • You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must have no perfume, deodorant, or strong odors.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, cosmetics, underwear, face masks, socks.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.).

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us at Contact@gorillawear.ca  to request a return.

  2. Wait for approval and receive a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the designated return address. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

  4. The package is your responsibility until it reaches Gorilla Wear. Use a tracked or insured shipping service.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way is to return the item first, then place a separate order for the desired item.

Damages & Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact customer service immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days pass, contact customer support.
